Sonesta Simply Suites Arlington

Our stay was fantastic! All of the employees were so kind and friendly, and they were very understanding and helpful when I had issues with my debit card upon arrival. I can't thank them enough, especially Laura Mullican and the other female employee at the front desk. (I'm sorry, I didn't get your name!) We stayed in a one-bedroom queen suite. The room was very clean and tidy. There was a microwave, full-sized refrigerator, stove-top, and dishwasher. There was a large-sized pantry, and the cabinets and drawers were well-stocked with everything you would need: glasses, plates, bowls, pans, cup towels, and silverware. There was also a one-cup coffee maker. The shower had great water pressure, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers on the shower wall. The bed was firm, but not too hard. It was very comfy, and the pillows didn't hurt my neck, which is unusual because they're usually full of air, but these pillows were very nice. There was also a sofa bed in the living room. We didn't use it for the bed, just to sit on and watch TV. The bedroom also had a TV. We stayed 4 nights in August and the room was so cold we almost froze (haha) but we didn't mind. We love a cold room!! Better than too hot!! I do think there might have been an issue with the thermostat, though. We tried to turn it down several times, but it just stayed cold. And several times, there was an error code showing. This hotel is on the Arlington Trolley route, which was wonderful. It runs at various times to many of the attractions nearby. We rode it to Six Flags and back, and it also took us to Globe Life Field for the concert we were attending, and it brought us back. If you want to ride the trolley to a specific event, you may need to make a trolley reservation ahead of time. You can do that through the trolley website. I've added a few pictures from our trolley ride. We will definitely stay here again!!

Love how private the stay is. It is kind of like a self-serve stay. Perfect for my introvert husband and myself. The rooms are cozy and if you want to cook your own meals you can. I loved the location of the hotel, and everything was super close. So much to do!

Sonesta was very accommodating to my needs. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They answered any questions I had. They gave out paperwork with close by restaurants, attractions, stores, & things to do in the area. If I’m ever back in Arlington I will definitely be staying again. Also the front desk supervisor Carla called, messaged and emailed me to assure me that my deposit was fully refunded on the correct card! She went the extra mile and I appreciate that because most ppl wouldn’t have done that!

My boyfriend works night changing blowout and flats tires for several of the police depts. and he has to have easy access to the door. They put us right at the back door it was great.

Front desk staff were super nice & accommodating! Enjoyed speaking with them! Location of this hotel is fantastic if you need to get to anything around the downtown Arlington area. We went to AT&T Stadium & loved the fact it was only 5 minutes away. We plan to stay here again when we visit for Six Flags, Globe Life Field, etc.
